Chantilly Lace Quilt Retreat offers customizable retreats for all retreat groups and requires a minimum 3-day stay for the entire retreat group. Retreaters are required to pay for the entire booked retreat, ie., if the retreat is a 4-day retreat, everyone in the retreat group will be required to pay for all 4 days.
Day retreaters are allowed and the cost is $35.00 per day
Payment for the retreat is due on arrival. Cash, Check, or Venmo payments are accepted.
Check-in time is 10:00 a.m.
Check-out time is 3:00 p.m.
Checkout:
Please strip all bedding from beds, fold blanket and comforter and leave on the bed, put sheets and pillow case in remaining pillowcase and leave at the foot of each bed.
All towels are to be put in either shower
Load Dishwasher and start the wash cycle.
Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
Take out all trash when leaving.
Turn off all lights and lock doors.
Reserving Retreat Dates
There is a $200.00 deposit required at the time of booking to reserve your dates on the calendar. Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.
Open Retreats
Chantilly Lace will offer open retreats from time-to-time which will allow retreaters an opportunity to retreat with individuals who do not have a standing quilt retreat group. Standard fees apply. These retreats will be posted on the calendar and are due in full when reservation request is made. Cancellation greater than 30 days will allow the retreater to book another open retreat in the future. Cancellation less than 30 days is NON-REFUNDABLE to the retreater and no future booking is available. During an open retreat, retreaters are on their own and doing their own thing as far as sewing, crafting, and dining.
Damage to Property
During your retreat at Chantilly Lace, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions and all guests are required to abide by our Policies and Procedures. Chantilly Lace is private property and has been carefully laid out to cater to quilt friends. Be our guest and be responsible. If something is damaged during your retreat stay, it is your personal responsibility to notify the owner immediately. The retreater causing the damage will be fully responsible for the damage and any monies assessed to repair damages.
Chantilly Lace is not responsible for accidents of any kind.
Swim at your own risk, NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY EVER.
No glass is allowed in the pool area.
Spa use is at your own risk. Check with your physician if you have health issues or concerns regarding use of a home spa or hot tub. Chantilly Lace is not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from the use of the spa. Including but not limited entering and exiting the spa and spa area.
No Smoking or vaping inside any of the retreat. Smoking or vaping is only allowed in the outside areas.
A luggage cart is available for all of loading and unloading.
Policy Regarding Acts of God, Pandemic, and circumstances beyond our control:
In the event of power outage, Chantilly Lace is not responsible for any damage or loss due to a loss of power. No refunds will be applied due to power outages.
In the event of a Pandemic Alert, Acts of God, or natural disasters, retreats cancelled with more than 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat will be allowed to re-book at a later date, retreats cancelled with less than 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
Our goal is for retreaters to come, retreat, and have a sensational time. We do not require vaccinations, masks or any special requirements to retreat here. Retreaters are encouraged to retreat within your comfort level of your group.
Chantilly Lace reserves the right to ask retreaters to leave the premise if any of our policies and procedures are not followed and the retreat fee will not be refundable.
